Our goal is to minimize your frustration with the return process while ensuring the proper payment of shipping or restocking fees if those apply to the returned product.Β 
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was in when you received it. It should be unworn, unused, unwashed, and it should have the original tags in place. Whenever possible, it should include the original packaging.

Returns are processed faster and are more likely to be accepted when the original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.Β

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.Β 
  • Final Sale Items Cannot be returned unless clearly marked as return eligible
    • Items marked as Final Sale, and/or items purchased from sales or collections noted as final sales, are considered Final Sale Items. No returns will not be processed for these items.

To start a return, follow one of these processes:Β 

  1. All Users: Email info@minbolu.com or call us at 317-954-0297. Β 
    1. Include your name and order information, the name and description of the item you'd like to return, along with photos (if needed to show defects).Β 
    2. Include your contact information.
  2. Shop users: request a return in the Shop app
    1. We offer the option to start a return or exchange through the Shop app.
    2. If you have a Shop account, you can view an order page in the Shop app to check whether in-app returns are supported for your order.
    3. After you request a return, it's reviewed by us, and you receive a notification in the Shop app indicating whether the return request is approved or declined.Β 
    4. Steps:
      1. From the Shop app, go to the Β tab.
      2. Tap the order that you want to return.
      3. Depending whether the Request return button displays on your order page, do either ofΒ  the following:
        1. If the Request return button displays, then tap Start a return, and then follow the prompts to start a return or exchange.
        2. If the Request return button doesn't display, then contact us at info@minbolu.com, or 317-954-0297 to request a return or exchange.
      4. If your return is accepted, we will decide the proper return and refund method to allow, and we will communicate the best way to handle the return process.
      5. In some cases, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.Β

Damages and Issues Β 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items Β 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.Β 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.Β 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above,Β your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Β 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will then let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.Β 

Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post refunds. Β
