I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can, and we list the typical shipping time for items on each product page. Items shipped from overseas arrive in approximately 5-to-10 business days, while items shipped from the US arrive within 2-to-5 business days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 2-3 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us at info@minbolu.com.
I am not in love with my order; can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We allow returns requested within 30 days of the date the item was delivered. Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and to complete the return process before receiving a refund.

After your package arrives, and if you find defects or damage:
- Request a refund by emailing info@minbolu.com.
- Include your name and order number within the email.
- Do not wash, wear, or use your item.
- If possible, keep the original tags and retain the original packaging.
- We'll review your return request, and we'll send you a return shipping label along with an insert to include with your return.
- Send the return to us using the label and insert we provided.
- We'll review your return for eligibility once we receive the item.
- We'll issue a complete refund to you if the return/refund is approved.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent, please use our return process to request a return and refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@minbolu.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

We sell originally designed clothing, white-label clothing options, and items sourced through multiple designers and manufacturers. This gives us a strong advantage in the marketplace as we're able to curate large and versatile collections of clothing that align with our style. Our clothing is predominantly fashion-focused, with dresses, tops, and skirts making up the largest portion of our sales volume. We offer our products on multiple platforms, starting with our hosting company, Shopify, and including Etsy, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp. We currently serve customers in the United States, and we will begin selling in Canada and other locations in the coming months.
